Refund Policy

Bookings

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund  to the original payment type.

Rescheduling a service appointment can be done by cancelling an existing appointment, and booking another service appointment.

​

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the upcoming service appointment are non-refundable, or subject to a partial refund.

Memberships

Please note that memberships are non-transferable and are intended for the exclusive use of the registered member. Sharing or misuse of membership privileges is strictly prohibited.

In the event of misuse, including but not limited to sharing membership benefits with others, we reserve the right to revoke membership status without refund or compensation.

​

Flexibility: No long-term commitment required – cancel your membership anytime.

To cancel your membership, you must send a written email to info@lfgolf.ca with the subject line "Cancel My Membership." Please note, we do not accept cancellation requests over the phone.

​

Membership Pause: Option to freeze your membership for up to 3 months each calendar year. Request via email is required to pause, please send an email to info@lfgolf.ca with the subject line "Pause My Membership." After 3 months have passed, the membership will automatically resume. 

​

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the integrity of our membership program.
